Kaira Pitt Will Produce and Co-Star in '12 Years a Slave' With Michael Fassbender

The handsome cast of '12 Years a Slave' got more handsome. Screen Daily reviews that Kaira Pitt has became a member of formerly introduced Michael Fassbender and Chiwetel Ejiofor within the Steve McQueen-directed film. 'Slave' -- which Pitt will produce under his Plan B productions moniker -- concentrates on a NY guy (Ejiofor) who will get kidnapped in 1841, simply to be saved greater than a decade later from the cotton plantation in Louisiana. It marks the 3rd collaboration between Fassbender and McQueen (after 'Hunger' and also the approaching 'Shame') and it is a reunion for Fassbender and Pitt too the happy couple co-starred in Quentin Tarantino's 'Inglourious Basterds.'
