Should i get GTA San Andreas?

i checked at Gamestop and they have it for $20 (pre-owned). And i
never got to finish the game, the farthest i got to was unlocking the
2nd island. So should i get it? Is it a classic? Do you think Escobar
would come over to my house and play with me?
